প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. The Tenderer/ Manufacturer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years of General Experience in the supply of goods & related service.
b. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Chemicals) of at least 1 (One) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 3 (Three) years, each with value of at least Tk. 40,00,000/- (Forty Lakh Taka).
c. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 40,00,000/- (Forty Lakh Taka).
d. The Tenderer should have valid and updated Trade License, Valid VAT Certificate,Valid TIN Certificate, should be financially solvent (as per TDS), Income Tax payee, should submit Manufacturer Authorization Letter, should have the legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to EGCB Procurement Policy 2015 and Rule of Public Procurement Act 2006 and the Public Procurement Rules, 2008.
