1. The Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank, net of other contractual commitments of the amount of Tk. 6,67,000/- (Six Lakh Sixty Seven Thousand Taka only).
2. The Tenderer should submit valid trade license, TIN with last Financial year tax return acknowledgement slip/ certificate, 13 digit BIN and Mushak Challan-6.3 as per current VAT Act.
