* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderers must have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience of Construction works.
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Similar Nature Construction of works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 100.00 (One hundred) Lac in single contract under Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
The required annual average construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 200.00 (Two hundred) Lac in the last 5(Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5(five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/working capital/credit facilities (in the PW-2a-3 form without any alteration) Tk. 65.00 (Sixty five) Lac.
The Tender Capacity is Tk.130.00 (One hundred Thirty) Lac. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (Ongoing works/commitments).
The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, Up-to-date Trade license and Up-to-date ABC Contractor and Supervisory License.
Documentary evidence must be submitted along with tender.
All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
