* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The Tenderer shall have minimum 03(Three) years general experience in supply of goods specially Office Equipment, Computer accessories and Technical Raw Materials & spare Parts in Govt./ Semi govt./ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
2) Who have minimum specific experience as suppliers in supply of Raw Materials at least in 02(Two) contract successfully complete in a single work order within last 03 (Three) years amounting of Tk 5.60 lakh in Govt./ Semi govt./ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
3) The Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets Tk 2.50 lakh for supporting by the bank as a Letter of Commitment for Bank’s undertaking for Line of Credit or Bank statement for at least 01month as per Audit report.
4) The Tenderer must be needed to specify the Brand, Model, Country of origin etc. correctly and specifically, don’t to specify like “As per TDS/schedule or according to tender in the Tender documents”, otherwise the tender will be considered as technically non-responsive.
5) The Tenderer who posed i) Up to date Trade license ii) Up to date VAT registration certificate iii) Up to date TIN certificate iv) NID cr.
6) Satisfying the other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet (TDS).
