প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer shall have
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in electro-mechanical works (Supply and installation of generator, sub-station and VRF Air-cooler) shall be 05 years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper).
2. The minimum specific experience in similar electro-mechanical works (supply, installation and commissioning of minimum 1500 KVA sub-station, 300 KVA generator including HT, LT Cable,VRF Air-cooler and Solar system) of 01 no contract successfully completed within the last 3 (Three) years with a value of at least TK. 980.00 (Nine hundred and eighty) Lac under any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body in Bangladesh.
i) In the case of the work done under any PWD Division, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Government/Semi Government /Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district/area within whose jurisdiction work has been done.
3. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1525.00 (Fifteen hundred and tweenty five) Lac within the last 05 years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 380.00 (Three hundred and eighty) Lac.
5.The minimum tender capacity should be TK. 1150.00 (Eleven hundred and fifty) lac only.

If any condition is not fulfilled and documents are not submitted along with the tender, the bidder will be non-responsive.
