The Tenderer should have valid Trade License, TIN with last Financial year tax return acknowledgement slip, 13 Digit BIN and Mushak Challan-6.3 as per current VAT Act., Income tax return Acknowledgement slip of last Financial Year.
The Tenderer shall have minimum 3 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
The Tenderer shall have specific experience for the supply of chemical of minimum BDT 2,76,000.00 (Two Lac Seventy-Six Thousand ) under single contract in the last 3 (Three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
Manufacturer's Authorization letter. In case of supplies from the distributor/dealer, Distributor's/dealers Authorization letter along with the proof of authorized distributorship/dealership from Manufacturer is to be submitted. [The autherization letter should have full contact details, i.e. Official e-mail address, Telephone No, Office address etc. of the issuing authority]
The Tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid assets of BDT 3,80,000.00 (Three Lac Eighty Thousand).
Bank Solvency Certificate.
