* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৩৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,১০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৩৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৪,১০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Tenderer should have valid Trade License, TIN with last Financial year tax return acknowledgement slip, 13 Digit BIN and Mushak Challan-6.3 as per current VAT Act., Income tax return Acknowledgement slip of last Financial Year.
2. 02(Two) years General Experience of supply of goods
3. The Tenderer shall have specific experience for the supply of similar goods (Supply of Valve) of minimum BDT 12,00,000.00 (Twelve) Lac under the Two contract in the last 5 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
4. End user certificate must be submitted along with tender. Tender without end user certificate, will not be considered for evaluation.
5. The Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets of BDT 17,00,000.00 (Seventeen Lac Taka).
6. Updated Bank Solvancy certificate
7. The Tenderer shall have to submit Guarantee Certificate from the manufacturer/ tenderer confirming that the offered items are new, unused, in good condition and will fit properly in existing system without any modification.
8. The Tenderer shall have to submit Warrantee Certificate from the manufacturer/ tenderer stating that the offered items will operate satisfactorily during the warranty period.
Note: - Interested tender are requested to visit RPCL – Gazipur 105 MW Power Plant, Kadda, Gazipur for offering right product (within the office hour from Saturday to Thursday 9.00 AM- 5.00PM).
