প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
•The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (three) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
• The minimum specific experience as a Supplier in the supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract(s) successfully completed within the last three (3) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 10,00,000/- (Taka Ten Lac only).
• Completion/Acceptance certificate will be accepted as an experience certificate. Notification Of Award(NOA), the Purchase order (PO), and Signed contract paper will not be accepted as experience certificates.
•The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 12,00,000/- (Taka Twelve Lac Only).
•The Tenderer should have a valid Trade license, financially solvent, Income Tax payee & legal capacity to enter into the contract and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement policy-2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd.
• Tenderer are requested to visit the site for any query if required
Suppliers responsibilities
• Contractor shall have to provide all other material to complete the work(e PG2-2B) that is not included in e-PG2-2A.
• All the necessary tools required to complete the work, will be under the scope of the supplier.
