(iii) The experience of satisfactory completion of similar nature of works including electrical work of at least Tk.350(Three hundred fifty) Lac in a single tender under Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body/Limited Company in the last 05 (Five) years &
(iv) Annual Average Turnover shall be greater than Tk.1400(Fourteen Hundred) Lac over the best 03(Three) years in the last 05 (Five) years preceding the date of publication on tender &
(v) Minimum Liquid Asset i.e working capital or credit limit of Tk.400(Four hundred) lac &
(vi) Up to date ABC/BC electrical contractory/supervisory license of the bidding entity /technical personnel working in the bidding entity.
(vii) Up to date Trade License, Up to date Tax clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate etc.
(viii) Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandun of Article & Association, Joint Venture Agreement(If necessary) & related documents.
(ix) Manpower & Equipment Capabilities-As mentioned in the Tender Data Sheet.
(x) Information about Litigation.
