1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be Five (05) years.
2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction work is at least one (01) contract (s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last five (05) years, each with a value of at least Tk.73.00 lakhs in Govt/ Semi govt./ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh in a single structure (Only Work Completion Certificate will be acceptable). Ongoing work or Uncompleted work will not be acceptable and Result is Non-Responsive.
3) minimum annual average construction turnover in the last 05(Five) years as per TDS. For turnover, Only Payment certificates will be counted.
4) The Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets of Tk 38.00 lakhs. Bank documents in support of liquid asset must be submitted. For credit line facilities, specific format by PPR-2008 to be used by the bank without altering/ modifying any word/ sentence and adding any condition. In case of bank Statements, The issue date of documents should be after the publication date of IFT in eGP portal.
5) Tenderer must submit i) Up to date Trade license ii) Valid VAT registration certificate iii) Valid Upto Date Tax Paying certificate iv) NID Card.
6) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate will be rejected.
7) Satisfying the other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet (TDS).
