দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৪০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১,৪০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Any individuals(s)/Firm(s) enlisted in e-GP portal (http://www.eprocure.gov.bd) that fulfill(s) the qualification criteria stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & Other Condition of Tender Documents.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 3.00 Lac under 01 (One) of contract(s) over a period of 03 (Three) years shall be required.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 3.00 Lac over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 5.60 Lac.
5. The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 4.20 Lac.
6. Tenderers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade Organizations registered in Bangladesh.
7. Payment to the contractor will be made by the PE on the availability of fund and budget allocation. No claim for extra payment will be entertained for delay of payment.
8. Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh
9. Tenders and all parties’ constitutions the Tenderer shall not have a conflict of interest.
10. The provisions laid down in the "Public Procurement Regulation 2008 "(Ammended-2009) for procurement of works will be binding upon the contractors.
11. The Authority may reduce the scope of work, if reduce the scope of work no claim will be entertained.
12. Fund may not be available in this fiscal year. After completion of the work no claim for payment of bill will be entertained without having fund in place. It is noted that bill will be prepared when fund is available.
