প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5(Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01(One) contract of the same nature and Complexity of Work completed within the last 5(Five) years in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, with a value of at least Tk 11,00,000.00 (Tk Eleven Lakh). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 10,00,000.00 (Tk Ten Lakh) over the best 3 years in the last 5(Five) years. Payment Certificates for Tenderer in Progress or Completed under Public Sector during last Five years must be submitted along with tender. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 15,00,000.00 (Tk Fifteen Lakh) Liquid asset or credit commitment must be unconditional and submitted in the form of a letter of commitment from any scheduled bank undertaking for a line of credit in Prescribed Form.
(e) Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be Tk 12,00,000.00 (Tk Twelve Lakh)
(f) The Tenderer must enclose up to date Trade License, Income Tax certificate, Valid VAT documents, and Up-to-date ABC/BC license and Supervisory license issued by the Electrical Licensing Board of Bangladesh along with the tender.
(g) Other required eligibility and condition of the tenderer are given in TDS & PCC
