প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (three) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services.
(b) The satisfactory completion of the supply of I&C/Firefighting spare(s) worth a minimum of Taka 20,00,000/- (Twenty Lac) under a single contract within the last 3 (three) years. [Tenderer must submit evidence in the form of certificates (End User Certificate/Completion Certificate/Acceptance Certificate etc.) from the purchaser, containing name, address, fax, phone, e-mail, website, etc. in Letter Head Pad of the purchaser for necessary correspondences. NOA / PO / WO / Contract shall not be treated as experience.]
(c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum amount of liquid assets, i.e., working capital or credit lines, net of other contractual commitments, of at least Taka 20,00,000/- (Twenty Lac). The issue date of the Bank Certificate or balance sheet regarding liquid assets must be within three months before the tender closing date.
(d) The Tenderer must have a valid and up-to-date trade license, be financially solvent, be an income taxpayer, have the legal capacity to engage in the contract, and not have a conflict of interest, following EGCB Procurement Policy 2015.
N.B. The years are counted backward from the date of publication of the Invitation for Tender (IFT) in the e-GP System.
