প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The eligible Tenderer
Shall have general experience for 10 (Ten) years.
Shall have specific experience of successful completion of chiller based air conditioning work with Substation & Generator of value not less than 335.00(Three hundred and thirty five) Lac Taka in a single agreement within last five years from date of IFT.
In case of specific work experience done in any organization other than PWD, the experience certificate shall have to be authenticated by PWD Executed Engineer of concerned jurisdiction.
Shall submit credit commitment certificate of TK. 250.00(Two hundred and fifty) Lac from any scheduled bank.Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e. in PW3-7 form published by CPTU.
Shall have annual construction turnover of TK. 900.00(Nine hundred) Lac within last five (5) yearsin any Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents. Only Financial year wise Payment Certificate from Concerned PE will be accepted for Turnover calculation..
Shall have valid trade license (FY 2023-24).
Shall have up to date income tax clearance certificate (Assessment year 2022-23).
Shall have valid TIN & VAT certificate.
Shall have valid ABC license & Electrical supervisory license (FY 2023-24).
Shall have valid IRC certificate.
Shall have agency ship document of the proposed chiller.
Shall have Manufacturer’s authorization letter for chiller and major items of Air conditioning work with AHRI/EURVENT certification.
Shall have complied related term’s & conditions mentioned in TDS of the tender.All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
