প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be Ten (10) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper or in EGP systems.
(b-i) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Construction works at least One (1) No. Minimum seven (7) storied Fair-faced Concrete Building including ceramic brick cladding/facing brick works, internal road & electro-mechanical (Sub-station, Generator, Lift & AC etc) works etc under public sector organization during the last five (5) years (counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper or in EGP system) each with a value of at least Tk.45.00 (Forty-five) crore. [work completion/experinence certificate should be as per format enclosed at PW3 of standard tender document published by CPTU]
(b-ii) The bidder should have experience of construction of steel structure works/steel trellis works under public or private sector organization.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.40 (Forty) crore over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper or in EGP system]
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk.10.00 (Ten) crore.
(e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk.45.00 ( Forty-Five) crore (Tenderer are requested to attached detailed calculation sheet)
(f) The bidder should have ABC Licences from concern Authority.
(g) The tenderer who have already signed the contract for the 2 nos. packages of the project/received the NOA, they do not need to participate in the tender.
