প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. This invitation for Tender is open to all Tenderers having eligibilities as mentioned below:
(a)The number of years of General experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor must be at least 05 years.
(b) The tenderer have to have Specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successfully completion of at least 01(one) Number of Building worth not less than Tk 5,50,000.00 (Five Lakh Fifty Thousand) in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years.
(c) Tenderers have to have minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05(five) years of Tk. 12,00,000.00 (Twelve lakh) .
Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
(d) Tenderers have to have Minimum Liquid Asset of value Tk 8,00,000.00 (Eight lakh) in the form of letter of commitment of Banks, undertaking for line of credit (In the Form PW 2a-3) in Original form which must be unconditional. Otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
(e) Tender capacity of tenderer must be minimum 6,50,000.00 (Six lakh Fifty Thousand)
2. Tenderers have to enclose with Tender: (i) Up-to-date Trade License (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate (iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate (iv) Up-to-date ABC and supervisory License of his own from Electrical Licensing Board
3.The competent authority reserves all the rights to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason.
