The average annual construction turnover is 75 lakh
The minimum amount of liquid asset  is 80 Lakh
Sub Contructor is not allowed.
After successfully completed the given work, a quality control committee will judge the quality & estimate the quantity of works. Final bill will be paid according to the quality control committee's recommendation.
