Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 466666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1400000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 466666 ~ 1400000.

Eligibility criteria:
N:B: The tenderer must readout the tender documents before the tender submission.
1. Enlisted A1 and A2 category Contractors/Firms of Education Engineering Department who posed i) Up to date Trade license ii) Up to date income Tax certificate ii) Up to date VAT registration certificate iv) NID (Clean & Clear Copy) etc.
2. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities (must unconditional) of the tenderer shall be BDT. 2.50 Lakh only. In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer (day end statement of concerned bank), the tenderer shall instruct to the concerned bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation.
3. Payment will be made as per availability of fund but the whole work must be completed within the stipulated time.
4. Those who has not yet completed the previously awarded contracts in time will not be eligible in this tender according to Honorable Prime Minister’s Office Order 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-241, Date: 12-08-2019 & CPTU Letter Memo No. 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202, Date: 10-10-2019.
5. Satisfying the other criteria laid down in this tender documents.
6. The Retention Money will be 10% & Performance security will be 5% to 10% as per ppr 2008.
7. The Tender Validity period shall be 120 days and The Defects Liability Period is 12 (Twelve) months from the date of completion of hole of the work in all respect.
