Eligibility criteria:
1. The tenderer must have a minimum of 5 years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 years of specific experience in the supply of similar goods and related services (solar energy).
2. The minimum supply value of similar goods and related services (solar energy) under a single contract in the last 3(three) years to any Govt./ Semi- Govt./ Autonomous body /Banking Sector should be minimum for Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) Lac.
3. Bank Solvency certificate Minimum Tk. 21.00 (Twenty One) Lac. along with statement of account for the immediate last 3 months or working capital or credit facilities certificate of minimum TK. 21.00 (Twenty One) Lac. from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh.
4. Should have the following documents: VAT Registration Certificate, Updated Income Tax Certificate, Valid Trade License, Bank Solvency Certificate, Experience Certificate, ABC lincence/Electrical ABC supervisory/Work permit licence and all other qualifications that will be applicable as specified in TDS.
