Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 160000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 480000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 160000000 ~ 480000000.
Eligibility criteria:
A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in Construction works.
B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of building construction work including Civil, Sanitary & Electrical (including sub station) works worth not less than Tk.1250.00 (One thousand two hundred and fifty) Lac only in a single work order in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years. Tender capacity of Tk.1300.00 (One thousand three hundred) Lac only and tender security of Tk 48.00 (forty eight) lac for 15 month of duration.
C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk [1760.00 (one thousand seven hundred and sixty) Lac] during the last [5(Five)] years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 330.00 (three hundred and thirty ) Lac supported by Bank certificate which should be counted 28(Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender.
E) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate
F) Up-to dated ABC category contractory & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
G) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4), ITT clause no. 43.3 and eGP tender documents must be fulfilled. According to ITT clause no. 44.2, In case of tie for the lowest evaluated price, the Tenderer shall be selected base on the ‘Past Performance Evaluation and rating matrix for different aspects.
