2. If any type of Structures/Obstracles is needed to dismantle to execute the work as per Design & Specification, the bidder will do this at his own cost & arrangement. No Extra claim will be entertaintd in this regard.
3. Quantity of work may extremely increase or decrease.
4 Design may also be changed or modified (if required).
5. The selected contractor will handover total work site at a time. No scope to handover the site partly.
6. The all the conditions are specified in separate sheet attached in Particular specifications
7. Taskforce guideline of BWDB will govern enclosed in General specifications.
