05. The tenderer must have updated Fire Licence from Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defense.
06. The tenderer must have WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) Certification.
07. The tenderer must have experience in the docking repair works of ships, pontoons, ferries, barge or any type of self propelled vessels under public sector as Prime Contractor.
