Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 13333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 40000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 40000000.
Eligibility criteria:
i. Up-to-date valid Trade License 2023-2024 / 2024-25
iii. VAT and BIN Registration Number/ Certificate
iv. up-to-date Income tax payment document 2023-2024 / 2024-25
v. Letter of credit Commitment from Bank mentioning this project amounting Tk. 180,00,000 (TK. One crore and eighty lakh ) only.
vi) Bank Statement in any schedule Bank of Bangladesh in the last 1 (One) Year.
vii) Declaration in own pad of Non-Bank Corrupt and Non Black List/ Litigation History
viii). All types of partnership must be disclosed at time of tender submission.
ix. Experience Certificate in favor of satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk. 150,00,000 (TK. One crore and fifty lakh ) only. in a single contract or in summation of 2 ( two ) contracts within last three years of date of tender publication in any office of Govt. Semi-Govt. Autonomous, Govt. Corporation, Govt. Financial Institutes/ Offices.
xi)Supply of Date expired / low quality / old/ rotten/ less quantity food will lead to cancellation of tender and will lead to procedure for forfeit of security.
xii) Supplier should have the financial capability to supply food in case of scarcity of budget / other reason.
Xiii) The supplier will have to bear the responsibility of bad food items in store.
Xiv) In case of irregularities of food supply authority will reserve the right to arrange proper food supply for the patient by using security money of the bidder. In such case all types of financial, legal liabilities will be upon the contractor.
xv) Sub contractor not allow.
xvi) This is a lot base tender. Unusual ( like one poisa) low price of any item will lead to cancellation of that bid.
XV) Audited balance sheet shall be for the past [3] years.
