Brief Description of Package: Supplying sports goods to BKSP for the FY 2024-25 (Pacakge-03)
Tender Document Price: Tk. 2000; Tender Security: 240000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 24000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8000000 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed supplier firms who have minimum 3 (Three) years of general experience in similar nature sports goods supply works in a Government or Autonomous organizations are eligible to participate in this tender. Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) The Tenderer must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, updated Trade License, Previous trade license (if required) & NID along with the Tender.
c) The Experience certificate of the successfully completed similar assignments shall be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Concerned officer from a Government or Autonomous Organization.
d) The experience certificate of FY 2021-22, FY 2022-23 and FY 2023-24 must be submitted along with the Tender. Only the completion certificate will be accepted. If any falsified documents are submitted along with the tender and found incorrect then strict actions will be taken against those tenderer following PPA 2006 and PPR 2008.
e) The tenderer must comply with the technical specification as specified in the form ePG3-4.
f) Ther tenderer must take prior approval from concerned authority before delivery of goods as specified in ePG3-4.
g) The Tenderer must possess the required capacity/capability to supply all the sports goods within 3 (Three) month from the date of signing contract.
h) Other eligibility criteria will be imposed as per ITT, TDS, PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 with latest amendment.
i) The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject all Tenders or annul the Tender proceedings.
