- ITT 30.1 Tenderer shall furnish a Technical Proposal including a statement of work methods, equipment, personnel, schedule and any other information as stipulated in TDS, in sufficient detail to demonstrate the adequacy of the Tenderer’s proposal to meet the work requirements and the completion time.
-ITT 32.1 Tenders shall remain valid for the period specified in the TDS after the date of Tender submission deadline, as stated under ITT Sub Clause 40.1.
