* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 13000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4333333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of general experience in supply Goods and related services.
2) The satisfactory completion of the supply of similar goods or spare parts to any Power utility/industries or any Governmentowned organization of minimum BDT 40.00 (Forty) Lac under a maximum of 03 (Three) contracts within the last 03(Three) years which shall be supported by End User Certificate in the Letter Head Pad of Purchaser dully signed and sealed with contact details mentioning Contract Value, Type of Supply, Date of Supply.[Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System].
3) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any recognized financial institute is BDT 45 (Forty Five) Lac only.
Note:
a) Supporting documents of financial capacity which are generated posterior to the date of publication of this tender will only be
accepted.
b) In case of credit facility (i.e. line of credit), Tenderer’s Bank is advised to use the Form PG3-8 prescribed in the Standard Tender Document PG3 which must include Procuring entity name and tender name/ID
4) The Tenderer shall comply with all the other requirements as mentioned in Section-1:
