Eligibility criteria:
1. Up-dated trade licence of the bidder.
2. Up-dated Vat Registration Certificate of the bidder
3. Up to date TIN certificate
4. Original catalogue/Brochures of manufacturer (as specified in Special terms and conditions of tender specification) for the bidding materials.
5.The tenderar must be submite a sample of ( 1.Solar panel , 2.Pump) at PD office, BADC , Jashore.
6.If the bidder fulfills the all qualification criteria of STD. The bidders will not get more than one(1)lot work in this package.
7. Condition : The contractor shall submit the sample before the submission . or during the evaluation of the tender, if the contracting organization fulfills all the conditions of the tender, the letter for the submission of the sample will be issued. If the sample is submitted accordingly at PD office, BADC , Jashore, the tender will be considered responsive otherwise it will be non-responsive.
