Eligibility criteria:
Enlisted Contractors of Govt , Semi-Govt. and Autonomous who have :
a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of Five years of General experience in the related works.
b) The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor for supply of spare parts with fittings and maintenance service for Air Conditioners over a period of three (3) years & Two (2) contract successfully completed in public sector with a value of at least 8.5 Lakh . i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. (Document submitted along with the tender)
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tender shall be TK. Seven (7) Lakh. (Document submitted along with the tender)
d) The tenderers must have up to date income tax clearance certificate from the NBR with TIN.
e) The tenderers must have up to date VAT Registration Certificate with the NBR.
f) The tenderers must have up to date valid Trade License.
g) The tenderers must have up to date valid ABC Contractor and Supervisory License.
h) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10% (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
i) The tenderers must furnish all necessary supporting document mention in tender Data sheet
j) The Tenderer must have own AC maintenance workshop along with Manpower.(Document submitted along with the tender).
