Brief Description of Package: Printing & supply of Calendar (with cover) & Diary (with cover) of the year 2025 for BHBFC.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 1000; Tender Security: 45000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1500000 ~ 4500000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Contractor or Supplier having experience of doing the same nature of works;
2. The requirements of general experience is at least for five (5) years;
3. The minimum specific experience for supply of Printing materials amounting tk. 17.00 (Seventeen) Lac in a single work order within last three (3) years;
4. Copy of updated Trade License, VAT registration, Income Tax certificate to be submitted;
5. Tender security is an amount of tk. 45,000/- (Forty Five Thousand) to be submitted in favor of BHBFC as a bank draft/pay order in the e-GP system through Bank;
6. Availability of minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk 18.00 (Eightteen) lac;
7. The required average annual Printing and Supply turnover shall be greater than Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) lac over the period may be the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years;
8. Copy of NID of tenderer or the person on behalf of tenderer along with authorization letter;
9. Tender to be submitted with authorized signatory papers.
