Brief Description of Package: Emergency maintenance of 11 KV, 11/0.4 KV & 0.4 KV lines and distribution transformer, Recovery & installation of distribution transformer and installation of distribution transformer against overloaded transformer/ Earthing on yearly basis for the year of 2024-25 under NOCS, kakrail, DPDC.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer shall have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience as 1st class contractor.
2. The Tenderer shall have minimum specific experience of at least 2 (two) contract(s) of yearly repair & maintenance of 11 kv/0.415 kv distribution line, 11 kv/0.415 kv distribution transformers works or DSS works successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk.7,00,000/- (Seven Lac only) which must be supported by work order along with work completion certificate from respective PE. Years will be counted back from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal,
3. The required average annual turnover must be greater than Tk. 15,00,000/- (Fifteen lac) only over last three (03) fiscal years which will be supported by payment certificate or completion certificate or audited financial statement (by listed firms of ICAB).
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line of the Tenderer shall beTk. 7,00,000/- (Seven lac) only, supported by bank solvency certificate or bank guarantee. Bank Statement will be considered only if the average month-end closing balance is at least Tk.7,00,000/- (Seven lac) only for last 6 months.
5. No joint venture will be allowed.
6. If any tenderer is currently involved in 2 (two) or more DSS work/ 2 (two) or more yearly emergency maintenance of overhead lines and distribution transformer work in DPDC or 1 (one) DSS work and 1 (one) yearly emergency maintenance of overhead lines and distribution transformer work in DPDC, the tenderer will not be eligible for this tender.
