Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1333333 ~ 4000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
2. The Tenderer shall have specific experience in the supply & apply of paint of a minimum Tk 15,00,000.00 (Fifteen Lac)Taka Only) under maximum Two contracts in the last 5 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
3. The Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank, net of other contractual commitments of the amount of Tk. 18,00,000.00 (Eighteen Lac Taka Only).
4. End-user certificate for the offered brand must be submitted along with the tender. Tenders without end-user certificates, will not be considered for evaluation.
5. The Tenderer should have valid Trade License, TIN with last Financial year tax return acknowledgment slip, 13 Digit BIN and Mushak Challan-6.3 as per current VAT Act., Income tax return Acknowledgement slip of last Financial Year.
Note: Other criteria for eligibility as specified in Tender document. Tenderers are requested to visit Raozan Power Plant, Raozan, Chattogram before submission of the quotation.
