* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5350000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1783333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
i) Trade License Valid for 2024-25;
ii) In case of Limited company, the certificate of Incorporation;
iii) Income Tax Clearance Certificate for/Return Submission receipt for the 2023-24 income year with e-TIN
iv) Bank solvency Certificate not older than 3(three) months of bid document selling.
v) VAT Registration Certificate;
vi) Minimum 02 (Two) copy of completion certificate from any government Organizations /Banks/ Financial Institutions on similar type of supply & related services;
vii) Details Company Profile including permanent and local address of the Bid signing authority;
viii) Distributorship/Agency/Dealership certificate from the Manufacturer/Principal till date for the quoted item.
ix) At least 05 (Five) years general experience in the supply of Database Server and related goods.
