* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.

Eligibility criteria:
(i) Copy of valid manufacturer/authorized distributorship certificate (where applicable).
(ii) Copy of valid Trade License of current year.
(iii) Copy of current year Income Tax Return Certificate.
(iv) Copy of Up-to-date (i.e. having 11 digits) valid VAT Registration Certificate or BIN Certificate.
(v) Experience certificate of Manufacturers/Suppliers for production and supply of said items.
(vi) Financial solvency of the bidder should be certified by a scheduled bank or competent financial authority.
(vii) Value is to be quoted on the basis of supplying items at Local Receive Section, Procurement & Logistics Support Directorate, Admin. Building, Biman, Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka basis.
(viii) Payment will be made after delivery of goods/items.
(viii) 02 Ea sample of item shall be submitted along with the offer (sample shall be with bidders seal and signature). Interested bidder may submit sample from the date of floating of the tender (up to office hours of all working days) to 1130 Hrs (LT) of tender closing date
