Brief Description of Package: Procurement of three Microbus for Sarkari Karmachari Hospital

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 15000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 45000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 15000000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Reputed Contractors who have the following eligibility Criteria as mentioned below:
a) Tenderer shall have a minimum of five (05) years of General experience in the supply of motor vehicles and related Goods and related services.
b) The satisfactory completion of Supply similar vehicles of minimum Tk. 110.00 lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies under a single contract in the last three (03) years.
The above experience/ work completion certificate shall have to be submitted as follows:
i) Only successfully completed work completion certificate under the certifying authority shall be accepted, undergoing works shall not be accepted as a completion certificate.
ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Grade Six.
c) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit facilities, net of other contractual commitments of the tenderer shall be Tk. 130.00 Lac. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets i.e working capital substantiated by bank statement or credit line(s) substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified in the Form PG3-8, without alteration as stated under ITT Sub Clause 15.1(a). Any alteration in the specified format shall be regarded as non-responsive.
d) The Tenderer must have up to date up to date valid Trade License, Income Tax clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN, BIN Registration Certificate.
e) Other documents for supporting technical specification and compliance and as Per TDS & PCC.
f) The tenderer has to go through technical specification described in the tender documents
