Brief Description of Package: Construction of Remaining 01 (One) Nos Main Gate at Shapnonagar 2nd Phase Project at Section-9,Mirpur,Dhaka , Under Dhaka Division-1, National Housing Authority.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 1000; Tender Security: 60000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Website.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) number of similar nature works completed within last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 14.00 (Fourteen Point Zero Zero ) lakhs under single Contract in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization.
c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk 30.00 (Thirty Point Zero Zero ) lakhs in Govt/Semi- Govt/Autonomous organization. Tenderers shall submit payment certificates during last 5 years with a year wise list. Payment Certificates of JV works not supported by JV Agreement shall not be taken into consideration.
d). The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 15.0 (Fifteen Point Zero Zero) lakhs and to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in PW2a-3 form.
e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 15.00 (Fifteen Point Zero Zero ) lakhs.
f) The Tenderer must possess and submit updated Valid Trade License, updated Income Tax Clearance Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate etc.
