Eligibility criteria:
1. Bidder must have a valid trade license, Vat registration certificate with Bin certificate, and Tin certificate with Tax update.
2. Bidder must have general experience in the supply of Agricultural goods as a supplier at least for 5 (Five) years.
3. Bidder must have specific experience certificate (Work completion certificate) of supply Sunflower Seed Shelling Machine in Government/Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous Organization or Institutes of at least 2 Contracts successfully completed within the last 3 years, each with a value of at least Tk 50,000,00/- (Fifty Lac) (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).
4. Updated Bank Solvency with minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank, net of other contractual commitments of Tk. 50,00,000/- (Fifty Lac).
6. Bidder must not be blacklisted in any government/non-government/Autonomous organization or Institute.
