* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 60000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 180000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of manpower and related services shall be 05 (five) calendar years from date of tender notice with valid License issued from Department of inspection for Factories and establishment (DIFE) for outsourcing of manpower under Bangladesh labor law 2015..
Any Tenderer as individual /JV will not be awarded more than 1(one) manpower supply/ DSS contract in WZPDCL with overlapping time frame.
Minimum salary of supplied manpower mentioned in section 7 clause no. 4 shall comply.
