Brief Description of Package: Supplying Tracsuit and T-shirt to the students of BKSP for the FY 2024-25
Tender Document Price: Tk. 1000;
Tender Security: 65000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2166666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed supplier firms who have minimum 2 (Two) years of general experience in similar nature Tracksuit and T-Shirt supply works. Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) The Tenderer must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, updated Trade License, Previous trade license (if required) & NID along with the Tender.
c) The Experience certificate of the successfully completed similar assignments shall be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Concerned officer from a Government or Autonomous Organization.
d) The experience certificate of FY 2022-23 and FY 2023-24 must be submitted along with the Tender. Only the completion certificate will be accepted.
e) The tenderer must submit relevant sample of cloth viz. i) Tracksuit (Royal blue with Adiddas Stripe) ii) Polo T-Shirt (White) following the technical specification as specified in e-PG2-3 form on or before 04th November ,2024 at 15.00 Hr to the PE’s Office.
f) Each sample shall be tagged with information separately viz. technical specification (like GSM and fabric detail), proposed sample for tracksuit for boys/tracksuit for girls/T-shirt for boys or girls with suppliers company information tagged with each sample.
g) The tenderer must comply with the technical specification as specified in the form ePG3-4 and shall submit all the samples with details. The suppliers who have submitted best quality samples will be given preference.
h) Other eligibility criteria will be imposed as per TDS, PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 with latest amendment.
i) The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject all Tenders or annul the Tender proceedings.
