Valid Manufacturer’s Authorization letter of the proposed brand of lift Manufacturing Company.
Valid agency ship certificate of the proposed brand of lift Manufacturing Company.
Valid documents in reply of any other terms and conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of this tender.
Tenderers shall satisfy the other criterion laid down in TDS, G.C.C, PCC & ITT.
If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per STD, PPA-2006, PPR-2008 and its all latest amendments and no claim in this regards will be entertained. The Procuring Entity shall reserves the right to change or modify or cancel in this tender.
