Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 8000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2666666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of goods and related
services as supplier will have to be 03 (Three) years.
b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1(One) contract successfully completed within the last 3 (Three) years with a value of at least Tk. 23,00,000.00 lakh of any renowned Organization. Experience of supplying computer peripherals & other electronic equipments will not be treated as specific experience.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets/working capital/credit lines of the tenderer shall be
BDT 26,00,000.00 (Twenty Six) lakh.
d) The tenderer must submit the following documents with it's e-tender:
01) Updated Trade License.
02) Updated Income Tax Certificate/Acknowledement slip.
03) VAT Registration Certificate.
04) Required Experience Certificate/Work Completion Certificate proving authenticity of general and specific work experience for the supply of computers. NOA/Work order/Purchase order shall not be granted as Experience Certificate/ Work Completion certificate.
