Brief Description of Package: Construction of RCC Bollard for anchoring of bulkheads and vessels as well as protection of walkway railing and river boundary pillars at Dhaka, Tongi & Narayanganj river port area.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 20333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 61000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20333333 ~ 61000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) The minimum 05 years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Civil construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.)
(b)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) completed contract Quay wall/RCC Jetty/RCC Bridge/RCC walkway on pile of similar complexity successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk.170 lakhs. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.)
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.300 lakhs over The last 05 years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the news paper. In this regard, the tenderer must submit all supporting documents, failing which the tenderer may be rejected as being incomplete.
(d) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) in the form of PW3-7 of Tk.90 lakhs. documents in other format are not acceptable and considered as non responsive.
(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk.175 lakhs.Supporting information must be filled up as per enclosed form (list of ongoing works/commitments) All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
(f) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10% (ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
(g) The Tenderer must submit Up-to-date trade license, income tax clearance certificate & Valid VAT registration certificate.
