Eligibility criteria:
The Qualification Criteria are as below:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be five (5) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one (1) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last five (5) years, with a value of at least Tk. 80.00 Crore (Taka eighty crore), years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper,
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 120.00 Crore (Taka one hundred and twenty crore) over the best three (3) years of last five (5) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 35.00 Crore (Taka thirty five crore)
(e) The Minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk 115.00 Crore (Taka one hundred and fifteen crore)
