* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Tenderers shall have valid Trade Licenses, TIN certificates, VAT Registration, Updated Income Tax and VAT Certificates, and Bank Solvency Certificates.
b) Tenderers shall have a minimum of 5 years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
c) The minimum specific experience shall be, as a Supplier in the supply of similar Goods such as Laboratory Chemicals in a single contract successfully completed in the Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies within the last 3 (three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 20 (Twenty) lakhs.
d) Manufacturer’s Authorization Letters (Form e-PG3-5) are required from Manufacturers for the item no. 01 to 34. The Authorization Letters must be directly issued by the Manufacturers to the Procuring Entity (PE).
