* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
All tenderer(s) registered in e-GP are eligible to participate in the tender if they are otherwise qualified.
1. The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirements
a) Specific experience of Similar work in a single contract of minimum value of Taka 15.00 Lac complete within last 5 years including Supply Work.
b) Minimum Liquid asset of Taka 21.00 Lac Only.
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
1. As per Consent of CPTU, the Ternders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online database system-TDMS.
2. Evaluation sheet generated by TDMS shall be uploaded into the e-GP system by the TEC.
3.Tenderer must upload proper document of Ashphalt Plant in favor of Owner/Rent which plant is situated 50 km radius of Kurigram RHD Office.
And all other criteria stated in the TDS.
