2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods of minimum BDT 40,00,000.00 (Forty Lac) under maximum 2 (two) contracts within last 03 (Three) years from the date of publication of this tender.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 42.00 (Forty-Two) Lac).
4. The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card, Trade License, e-VAT/VAT Registration Certificate, TIN certificate along with latest Income Tax Return acknowledgement receipt or Income Tax Certificate.
