Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 9333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 28000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 9333333 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services (Furniture items) as Supplier shall be 05 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Furniture items) of at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed (under Gov't, Semi-Gov't or Autonomous sector) within the last Five (5) years, with a value of at least BDT 70.00 Lakh. i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. (Document submitted along with the tender)
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT 100.00 Lakh . In this regard 'Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PG3-8)' must be submitted without any alteration. The form will be available is in the Drawing section of this e-Tender.
(d) The tenderers must have up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN.
(e) The tenderers must have up to date VAT Registration Certificate with the NBR.
(f) The tenderers must have up to date Valid Trade License.
(g) The tenderers must have Manufacturer's Authorization Letter.
(h) Manufacturer's must have ISO Certificate.
(i) The manufacturer/tenderer must have own factory of manufacturing such type of goods.
(j) The tenderers must furnish all necessary supporting document mention in tender Data sheet.
