Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Up to date valid ABC License of Individual(s)/firm(s) for Electrical works.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar works [Street/Area Lighting works/Lightning Protection System (LPS)] at least 1 (one) no. contract successfully completed as a Contractor within the last 10 (ten) years with a value of at least Tk 26.00 (Twenty Six) Lac (years counting backwards from the date of publication of IFT in CPTU website)
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) Lac best 3 (Three) years over the last 5 (five) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 28.00 (Twenty Eight) Lac.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 35.00 (Thirty Five) Lac.
6. Tenderer shall submit the following documents with this Tender :(i) A satisfactory completion certificate of similar works [(including Contract Agreement, BOQ breakdown for identification of similar work experience( if required)];(ii) Audit report Last 3(Three) years/Payment certificate/ Completion Certificate in favour of turnover; (iii) Bank Solvency Certificate/Bank Statement/Credit line certificate in favor of their financial status;(iv) Valid TIN Certificate & Trade License; Last Year Income Tax Certificate/Acknowledgement of Tax Return; Valid BIN & VAT Registration Certificate; ABC Electrical Contractor’s/Supervisor’s License from Electrical Licensing Board Govt. of Bangladesh.
7. Tenderers having quoted price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below of the official cost estimate will be rejected.
8. Joint Venture, Consortium or Associations (JVCA) is not acceptable for this Tender.
