Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 20000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 60000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 60000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be five years. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).
Note 1: The completed Supply of Goods shall be considered as general experience;
Note 2:The experience will be considered from the start date of the completed Supply of Goods;
Note 3: The tenderer shall have to submit the experience certificate from the respective concerned Authority.
(b)The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Laboratory Equipment) of minimum Tk. 3.00 (Three) crore under maximum three (03) contracts in the last five (05) years. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).
Note 1:The years of experience will be considered from the Actual Completion Date of the completed Supply of similar Goods as mentioned above in 15.1(b) to the date of publication of this IFT in the e-GP system
Note 2: The tenderer shall have to be submitted the experience certificate from concern Authority .
Note3: For determination of similarities of goods, the tenderer are requested to submit priced schedule and/or technical specification along with their specific experience certificate.)
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 3.50 (Three point Five) crore.
