Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1333333 ~ 4000000.

Eligibility criteria:
 
 
The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
a. National ID of Signetory Authorised Person and Tender Submission Letter.
b. Signetory Authorization Letter to submit the Tender on behalf of Tenderer and Tenderer Information letter.
c. The Tenderer shall have the Press Declaration and must be submitted along with the tender.
d. The Tenderer must submit the graphics design academic certificate of "Graphic Designer" of its own body from Art & Craft/Graphic Arts Institute.
e. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years experience in the supply of related goods.
f. Valid Trade Licence Certificate.
g. Valid Income Tax clearance certificate with TIN;
h. Valid VAT Registration Certificate;
i. Financial Solvency Certificate from any scheduled Bank
