Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1400000 ~ 4200000.
Eligibility criteria:
(1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 [Five] years.
(2) A satisfactory completion of Dredging Works of at least Tk 10,00,000.00 [Ten Lac] under maximum 01 [one] contract over a period of 05 [Five] years shall be required.
(3) The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 7,00,000.00 [Seven Lac] over the last 05 [Five] years.
(4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 10,00,000.00 [Ten Lac] that must be issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website.
(5) The Tenderer should have a valid Trade license, be financially solvent, an Income Tax payee & legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement policy-2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd.
